Thermogenic's are often referred to as "Fat Burners" which is passed on via a game of Chinese whisperers from one social media influencer to a consumer both of which are uneducated. So as you know when playing Chinese whispers the facts are never correct once they get to the end of the chain.

Thermogenic’s are designed and proven to significantly increase your (RMR) Resting Metabolic Rate post ingestion at 60 Minutes, 120 Minutes and 180 Minutes in comparison to the baseline RMR of those individuals whom underwent the assessment.


With most Thermogenic’s containing caffeine (Anhydrous) being the most purest form there were concern of significant elevation is heart rate and blood press both diastolic and systolic. However with consumptions between the bracket of 3-6mg per kg of bodyweight, the heart rate and blood pressure were not significantly affected at any point in time. This is at a complete state of rest, no exercise was undertaken during the assessments.

  • L-Carnitine

Is an important amino acid which plays a significant role in boosting the bodies metabolism by improving the mitochondrial function and cellular energy.

Thermogenic’s are an awesome active ingredient dietary supplement which can significantly increase your RMR and promote energy production resulting in a greater caloric output. However thermogenic’s are not a magic pill which will automatically make you lean and toned. If your nutrition is poor you can expect your results from a product like this to be poor as well. Thermogenic’s will only aid and boost the work put in around training and nutrition staples. Please be advised if you suffer with high levels of cholesterol or any known heart conditions, it is advised this product is not for you.
