13 Lives #OSTACLEAN
#Ostaclean is formulated with a variety of ingredients that may keep the body in an anabolic state. It may lower estrogen levels and decreases the impact of cortisol on the body. It may promote lean muscle mass via 5α-hydroxylaxogenin and may limit aromatisation via an Anti-Estrogen proprietary blend. Cortisol can have a detrimental effect on physical recovery and growth of new muscle tissue. The combination of Ashwaganda and Panax Ginseng may keep cortisol levels down and thus muscle gain up. To increase the bioavailability of all these compounds, Piperine has been added to allow a more efficient rate of absorption.

5α-hydroxylaxogenin is a plant-based derivative that has been claimed to assist your body’s own anabolic building blocks. It is a steroidal sapogenin that can be found naturally in nature and is the antagonist for semi synthesis of steroidal hormones. In a nutshell, it is a plant based anabolic compound that helps smaller molecules become bigger molecules. It has been known to increase protein synthesis by up to 200% and is very fast acting. In the body, hypertrophy refers to the break down of muscle, a common result when training. The response of 5α-hydroxylaxogenin is to effectively and more efficiently rebuild these cells to their original state and/or bigger than before.
The Anti-Estrogen proprietary blend in Ostaclean consists of aromatase inhibitory compounds. These stop the conversion of testosterone to estrogen in the body and, to an extent, detoxifies free radical exogenous estrogens in the body.
Cortisol can have a major detrimental impact on many of the body’s mechanisms, such as lowering testosterone levels and inducing catabolism. Panax Ginseng and Ashwaganda both assist with reducing the impact of stress on the body in a variety of ways. Panax Ginseng is an adaptogenic herb that has been used in the treatment of depression, anxiety and chronic fatigue syndromes. A clinical trial of 30 young healthy adults was conducted, with the conclusion that those given Panax Ginseng experienced a later onset of mental fatigue as opposed to the placebo.
Ashwaganda is known for a number of beneficial qualities, including lowering cortisol levels, reducing stress and anxiety, boosting free natural testosterone (ideal for both males and females), increasing male and female fertility as well as increasing antioxidant levels in the blood. Research conducted on the ingredient has shown it's ability to regulate chemical signalling in the central nervous system. Multiple controlled human studies showed a reduction in symptoms of people with disorders related to stress and anxiety. A 69% reduction in anxiety and insomnia was reported in a 60-day study compared to a placebo group which had an 11% increase.
A multi-function, versatile product that can be added to any stack or training regimen.
